Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met across properties.
As a supervisor, you will direct maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, inspect facilities daily, and respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call basis. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws valued.
