Perform outdoor grounds maintenance across campus

Lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal

Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor common areas

Complete routine and requested repairs in resident condos

Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues

Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner

Operate and maintain grounds and maintenance equipment

Assist with seasonal and weather-related maintenance

Enjoys hands-on work indoors and outdoors

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Takes pride in quality repairs and appearance

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license preferred

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor
