General Functions:

This position is responsible for providing equipment service and support for a variety of financial equipment products. These products include ATM machines, recyclers, coin and currency counters, software support, document and check scanners.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Vocation school certificate programed preferred.
• 2 years of electronic or background in equipment repair preferred.
• Prior experience in bank operations, cash processing, document/check image, coin and currency or ATM repair preferred.
• Prior background in construction ability preferred.
• Must be able to drive a vehicle, day and night, and pass an annual driving test.
• Able to pass D.O.T. physical examination and drug screening test.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, squat and twist in various positions while servicing equipment.
• Must be able to read and understand written product manuals and apply that knowledge in servicing related equipment within guidelines.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record and be insurable.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Edge One in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain technical and programming product knowledge of all products serviced by Edge One.
• Responsible for maintenance, technical support and installation of all products designated by management.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
