Janitorial Project Technician

We currently have an opening for a janitorial project technician. You'd be working 30-40 hours per week, Sunday-Friday with a varying schedule after 5pm. Weekends are required. The pay starts at $22.00 an hour, plus mileage and travel time reimbursement.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Job

Duties Include:

• Assists District Manger in Special Projects
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Stripping & Waxing
• Construction Cleanups
• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
• Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Assists General Manager in covering call offs.
• Assists Office Manager with laundry.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
