Position: Office Manager / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage financial records. This role requires a versatile individual with strong administrative, bookkeeping, and team management skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with experience in office management and bookkeeping practices, including strong proficiency in Quick Books.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while maintaining efficient office workflows.

Duties
  • Manage daily office operations, including managing your team members who do the front desk responsibilities and phones in our three locations,
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings or special events.
  • Maintain filing systems for documents, records, and compliance purposes
  • Provide the required reports to the senior leadership via Quick Books
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, and equipment is maintained in good working order
  • Uphold professional communication standards through phone etiquette and client interactions
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, clerical, or administrative roles within a professional setting
  • Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in Quick Books, it is a must
  • Strong Google Sheets skills are necessary
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling, filing, and record keeping
  • Experience in event planning and vendor management is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in office management or similar specialized fields is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly
