Site Supervisor

• Supervise the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in designated departments and areas of our customer plants to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory, customer, and company policies and procedures.
• Direct the daily work of sanitors in specific areas or departments; provide guidance while avoiding routine manual labor at peak times.
• Apportion work assignments among sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
• Ensure sanitors work safely and efficiently and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate sanitors for promotions or other status changes.
• Ensure the sanitation team complies with internal procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and customer service.
• Adhere to procedures in the Team Member Handbook, Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
• Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager in implementing training programs including safety training and ERP.
• Report and investigate all accidents.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 or more months of sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• General working knowledge of computers and technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.

• High School Diploma or GED.

This position involves working in wet, hot, and/or cold environments while wearing PPE. Shift may vary by location.
