Responsibilities
- Create intuitive operator touchscreen interfaces using Mapp View/TwinCAT HMI and SCADA dashboards using Ignition.
- Set up and tune servo drives and VFDs for fast and smooth operation with brands like Schneider, Beckhoff, Siemens, and SEW.
- Design and implement control reliable safety systems for safeguarding robots, gantries, conveyors, and other high‑volume manufacturing equipment per codes and standards.
- Manage electrical cabinet builds, field wiring, pneumatic, and fluid plumbing.
- Participate in initial equipment conceptual development balancing product specifications, process requirements, layout complexity, cost, and lead‑time limits.
- Manage suppliers during specification, design, buy‑off, and installation of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Strong PLC programming experience with a focus on developing code rather than just troubleshooting.
- Experience in HMI programming.
- OEM or System Integration experience.
- Over 4 years of experience in Automation.
- Experience with controls hardware including sensors, remote IO, servos, VFDs, machine vision, barcode readers.
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet I/P, Ether
CAT. - Experience with 6‑axis robots (FANUC primary).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls and Computer Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens programming.
- Knowledge of Fanuc robotics.
- Familiarity with vision systems, specifically Halcon.
- Experience with AUTOCAD Electrical design.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLCs, servomotors, machine vision, and Fanuc robots.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Full Time benefits, 401k, profit sharing, and yearly bonus
