With continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Human Resources team.
Position SummaryReporting to the HR Manager, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates strong discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department via phone, email, and in person, responding to employee and external inquiries in a timely, professional manner in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, reports, and forms as needed
- Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency) — REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in an administrative, HR, or related support role- preferred (will take retail experience)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
