Billingual HR Clerk

• $17-17 / Hour
• Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

• First point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support
• Process daily HR tasks and maintain employee records
• Administer and track attendance and timekeeping
• Coordinate HR programs and ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state labor requirements
• Provide backup support for payroll and recruiting functions
• Enter and maintain employee data in Workday (HRIS)
• Support employee relations, recruiting, and other HR initiatives
• Manage departmental filing, HR requests, and communications such as memos and postings
• Create employee s and assist with new hire orientation
• Support special projects and perform additional HR duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of one-year clerical experience
• Previous experience processing payroll
• Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
