Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for effectively performing a variety of positions throughout the facility in a safe, effective, and accurate manner while following procedures and processes, and maintaining and improving standards.
• Lead daily operations within a custom equipment environment, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.
• Assign tasks to assistant operators to ensure workflow efficiency, provide guidance and training to new personnel.
• Coordinate production schedules and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate documentation and tracking of production metrics.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in production environments; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with dry powder blending or similar production processes.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations.

Compensation: $28.00 hourly
