Production Mechanic

Pelton Shepherd Industries seeks a 2nd Shift Production Mechanic in Stockton, CA to keep our gel pack manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, fillers, sealers, and support equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring product quality. Working closely with production teams, you'll diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, document work, and follow strict safety and GMP standards.
