Position OverviewThe Registered Nurse (R.N.) assesses, directs, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates consumer care through collaborative efforts with health team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The registered Nurse may serve as the administration’s designee in supervisory capacity. Coordination of all staff assignments ensures that all consumers receive optimal care and that unit duties are completed.

- Coordinate all staff assignments to ensure optimal care and completion of unit duties.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a psychiatric/mental health field.
- Current RN license to practice by Illinois State Board of Nursing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diplomacy and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
