Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses, LPNs to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Bella Terra Streamwood. Your role will ensure our residents receive the medication and nursing care they need according to individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, serve as a team leader, and advocate for residents. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to remain comfortable and safe.
