As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead
, you will drive sales while creating a welcoming environment, coaching your teammates, and sharing product knowledge. You are passionate about shoes and committed to exceeding customer expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with general retail practices and procedures.
• Team‑based motivation and goal achievement experience.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Mentoring and training ability for selling and operational processes.
• Flexible scheduling, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Lift up to 40 lbs. safely.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift frequently.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Apply general retail practices to support smooth operations.
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude during busy periods.
• Manage multiple tasks while communicating store plans.
