General Cleaner

Overview

Vonachen Group is a full‑service facility maintenance contractor that provides janitorial, healthcare, material handling, and logistics support services.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and ensuring a safe working environment. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Clean facilities, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning; collect and dispose of trash.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Report potential safety risks or needed repairs to management immediately.
• Monitor building security and maintain safety, such as locking doors after hours.
• Complete additional duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

• Skills and Abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Can work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer‑oriented and friendly.
• Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
• Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for long periods.
  • Repeat same movements.
  • Frequent bending and twisting.
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible hours including evenings.
• Must pass background checks and other required screenings.

• Full Time 1st Shift, Monday–Friday 8 am‑3 pm.
• $16 per hour.
