Hotel Handyman Technician Join Our team at the Wallhouse Hotel

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team, This role is idea for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe, and well kept enviroment while supporting the overall upkeep of the property.

• Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
• Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
• Assist with ground keeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
• Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
• Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
• Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortize
• Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be on call for any emergency that may come up
