Maintenance - Level I

Location:

Sturbridge, Massachusetts.

• Perform various groundskeeping, minor maintenance repairs and more.
• Work as a team participant to ensure community meets quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
• Attend morning staff meetings, communicate vendor appointments and required work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them free of trash and debris.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
• Mow, weed, edge and otherwise maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance golf carts to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Estimated compensation:
Hourly $15.00 – $15.00 (states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA). The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
