We're looking for a motivated, dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain three unique apartment communities in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin:
- Bay Hill Apartments – A welcoming apartment community with modern living spaces.
- Bayview Terrace City – A well-maintained residential community where quality service matters.
- Sawyer School Lofts – A one-of-a-kind historic school beautifully transformed into modern loft apartments during its 2022 renovation.
No two days are the same! You'll play a key role in keeping our communities safe, attractive, and running smoothly while making a real difference for our residents.
What You'll Do- Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain the grounds, buildings, and amenities to high standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Work closely with management to ensure excellent resident satisfaction
- Experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or general maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas.
- Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.
- Electrical: replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
- Plumbing: replace or fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
