Metro Plains Management is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Maintenance team member. This role collaborates with management and handles day-to-day maintenance of the physical plant and grounds of residential and commercial properties, under the VP of Maintenance.
The candidate should have an associate degree or equivalent with 3–4 years of related experience, plus HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License, or Pool Certification.
