We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management. This role requires a hands‑on approach to ensure exceptional customer service, food quality, and efficient restaurant performance. Prior experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and hospitality management is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth service flow
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Lead team management activities including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food safety practices
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and optimal customer experience
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise serving staff, baristas (if applicable), and other restaurant personnel to foster a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Implement hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and kitchen safety standards
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable; barista or food service experience is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills for interviewing, staff training, and guest interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
