Location: River Valley
Jobscope:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Provide high quality of customer service to customers
- Follow and design SOP's on food & beverage preparation and order system
- Serving customer of foods and beverage
- Report for duty on time and neatly groomed.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Maintain inventory for bar items and wines
- 5 Years or more in the food and beverage industry
- Detailed, energetic and highly motivated
- Warm and cheerful personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Able to work in a team
- Must have initiative
- Fluent in Microsoft excel and word
