Facilities Staff

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of the facility, inside and outside, and perform daily inspection, collection and removal of all trash.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all public and common areas of the property.
• Sweep and maintain all common areas, stairwells and in front of employee entrances as needed in assigned areas.
• Load, unload, and stock supplies such as water coolers, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, drinks, etc.
• Mop all spills immediately when reported and when necessary.
• Clean and wipe down any safety equipment around the facility.
• Responsible for janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, stocking all paper products in restrooms.
• Clean fixtures include hand washers, toilets, urinals, toilet stalls, mirrors, etc.
• Vacuum and empty trash receptacles including recycling materials in all office and common areas of building.
• Perform additional job responsibilities as needed.

• Must possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must possess the ability to interact with and maintain a positive relationship with all personnel.
• Flexibility and ability to follow instructions is a must.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including events and special projects.

Reports to Facilities Management.
