Experienced Custodian

We are looking for a Skilled Custodian to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entrances.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

• Proven experience as a custodian or janitor.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
