Job Title: Ground keeper
Location: Charleston, WV Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.40/hour

A local company in the Charleston area is seeking a dependable and hardworking Ground keeper to join their team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean and presentable facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Maintain and clean company grounds and outdoor areas
• Perform basic landscaping and general grounds maintenance
• Remove trash and keep areas clean and organized
• Perform deep cleaning of facilities as needed
• Assist with general upkeep and maintenance tasks
• Ensure facilities and grounds remain safe, clean, and presentable
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform physical cleaning and groundskeeping duties

• Monday – Friday day shift schedule
• Competitive $14.40/hour pay rate
