Who You Are You are a driven Maintenance Manager who takes pride in building strong teams and reliable systems. You lead by example, value safety above all else, and enjoy solving problems at the root cause. You are comfortable balancing day-to-day maintenance needs with longer-term reliability improvements. What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and a maintenance coordinator, setting clear expectations, routines, and accountability.
Build, execute, and continuously improve a preventive maintenance program that reduces reactive work and increases equipment reliability.
Own maintenance planning and scheduling, including work orders, weekly schedules, backlog management, and coordination with Operations to minimize downtime.
Serve as the owner of the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and using KPIs such as PM compliance, planned work percentage, downtime trends, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs to drive improvement.
Lead root cause analysis on major failures and recurring downtime issues, implementing permanent corrective actions.
Manage spare parts strategy including critical spares, inventory levels, standardization, and vendor relationships.
Champion maintenance safety by enforcing LOTO, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with plant leadership, Operations, and Engineering on reliability upgrades, capital projects, and equipment improvements.
Support automation and robotics initiatives by ensuring maintainability, reliability standards, and strong commissioning practices.
What You Bring7 or more years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
Proven success in reducing downtime & building effective preventive maintenance & planning systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge with the ability to support automation and controls as needed.
Experience using CMMS to track performance metrics that drive accountability.
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing and coaching maintenance teams.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance budgets with a ROI-focused mindset.
A strong commitment to safety leadership and compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and safe work practices.
