We're hiring Custodians to help keep things clean and running smoothly. Never done this kind of work before? That's totally fine – we'll train you and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Responsibilities- Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates to review the cleaning plan and tasks for the day.
- Grab cleaning supplies—mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants—and load up if needed.
- Perform cleaning duties:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Take out the trash and replace bags.
- Clean restrooms, refill supplies, and wipe down tables, chairs, doors, and more.
- Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
- Wipe windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
- Before finishing your shift, walk through the area one last time to ensure everything is clean and neat.
- Return tools and supplies to the storage area and prepare for tomorrow.
- Willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work well with teammates and supervisors.
- A friendly, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to stay focused and try your best.

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Repetitive motions such as mopping, sweeping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies weighing up to 25‑30 pounds.
- Navigating stairs, ramps, or uneven flooring while carrying tools or supplies.
- Work primarily indoors in commercial buildings with varying temperature and lighting conditions.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and solvents—training provided for safe handling; PPE always required.
- Possible exposure to dust, dirt, allergens, and typical indoor environmental factors.
- May encounter biohazardous materials or bodily fluids—proper safety protocols and PPE in place.
- Working in confined or awkward spaces such as under sinks, behind furniture, or inside equipment areas may be required.
- Noise from vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and other cleaning machinery may be present; hearing protection provided when necessary.
