Maintenance, Groundskeeper

Job Summary

Support daily maintenance operations across parking garages and lots, including power washing, trash and debris removal, and general upkeep of all areas. Assist with managing heavy traffic flow to ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles. This role plays an essential part in maintaining clean, orderly, and welcoming parking facilities. Will be required to drive University State vehicle. Annual Leave and Sick Leave are not included with this temporary position.

Salary: $16.00/hr hours per week: 40.

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.

• High school diploma, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge using small machinery: power blowers, power washers, etc.
• Current Driver's License.
