Mechanical Express Specialist

As a Mechanical Express Specialist, you will perform a variety of repairs to keep U‑Haul Company's fleet performing to high standards. You will assess and care for field vehicles using U‑Haul's proprietary technology.

• Repair equipment using appropriate tools to conform to U‑Haul standards.

• Determine the causes of operating errors and decide appropriate actions.
• Clearly identify and professionally express issues in positive or negative situations.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

Work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
