Our client, a leading organization dedicated to serving senior citizens, is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Community Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the overall well‑being and safety of our community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities.

Job Title: Community Maintenance Technician

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

• Oversee and perform daily maintenance operations of assigned properties to ensure safety and functionality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor environments, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Respond flexibly to unplanned events, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
• Ensure all property upkeep aligns with safety standards and organizational policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unplanned events.
