Field & Maintenance Crew

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
• Inspect all structures and surfaces for player and fan safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
• Assist with field setup, trash removal and various tasks essential to the operation of the complex.
• Help maintain all aspects of the facility’s infrastructure, including artificial turf fields.
• Spot and report maintenance issues around the complex— HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, turf, landscaping and paved surfaces.
• Support other departments, including operations, food & beverage, and retail, when needed.
• Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Twin Creeks Sports Complex name and brand.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Have reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6am and stay as late as 12am.
• Provide outstanding customer service skills.
• Follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.

• Prior work experience or an interest in a career in Facilities or Grounds Maintenance.
• An outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
• Strong initiative and high-energy.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends. Work schedule will vary; weekends will be required based on business needs.

• You may be required to lift up to 70 pounds.
• You may be exposed to dust/dirt at the complex.
• You may be exposed to extreme temperatures.
