Lead, Maintenance

POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. This role supervises maintenance mechanics, coordinates daily tasks and preventive maintenance, and addresses urgent repairs. The position works closely with production and quality teams to support equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, requiring strong technical skills and hands‑on leadership.

This position also performs other projects for the company as needed.

While performing the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear and sit. This job also requires close vision at 20 inches or less. Distance vision (clear vision at 20 ft. or more), color vision (the ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three‑dimensional vision, ability to judge distance and spatial relationships), ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust eyes to bring an object into focus).
