- Team Cheerleader: Rally your engineering all-stars, juggle schedules like a circus master, and inspire your crew to be their absolute best every single shift.
- Guest Happiness Guru: Respond to guest room fixes at record speed and sprinkle every interaction with positivity, making their stay unforgettable.
- Property Adventurer:
Embark on regular explorations around the grounds—spruce up the place, check on lights and irrigation, and ensure our pool and spa pass every health code with flying colors. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record required (property specific).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.
