Perform repairs listed on work orders and follow the work order process.;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Maintain records including PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, Elevator Inspections.;
Ensure that fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current and compliant with standards.;
Assist with cleaning hotel areas and responding to guest requests as needed.
