Maintenance Technician - Avana Sunnyvale

Grey Star - 3101 Fulling Mill Rd - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property to diagnose and repair defects per policies, safety standards, and codes;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed;
Follow procedures to access materials and track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-ordering;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests accurately;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage as needed
