Sr Maintenance Coordinator

Position: SR MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Primary Objective:

Assists in the coordination and execution of Maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Shift:

* 1st: M-F, 7:00AM-3:30PM

Equipment Knowledge:

* Sit-Down Forklift

* Stand-Up/Reach Forklift

* Order Picker/Cherry Picker Forklift

* Electric Pallet Jack

Responsibilities:

* Support the Maintenance department by helping to schedule tasks, manage resources, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

* Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders based on urgency, equipment availability, and skill levels of maintenance technicians.

* Assist in creating maintenance schedules to ensure that preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections are conducted in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

* Coordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to allocate necessary resources, such as labor, tools, and parts, for maintenance tasks.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and repairs.

* Update maintenance logs and databases.

* Actively participate in group activities and collaborates with team.

* Assist in conducting routine equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend maintenance actions.

* Provide basic analysis and applies knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.

* Perform other duties as needed.

* Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor

* Follows standard operating and safety procedures

* Keeps area safe, clean, and organized

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

* 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
