Suite Mate Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Worker II for a long-term opportunity supporting municipal maintenance operations. This position is ideal for someone with a valid CDL who enjoys hands‑on work and isn’t afraid to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles and equipment, including dump trucks and roll‑off trucks
• Perform mowing, weed eating, and general grounds maintenance
• Clean drainage basins and assist with maintenance activities
• Perform building cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Collect and remove trash and debris throughout the facility
• Assist with confined space entry work while following all required safety procedures
• Perform manual labor and other maintenance duties as assigned
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently
• Pay Rate:$22.00 per hour
• Assignment: Long‑term with potential for temp‑to‑hire
• Interview: Required
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
• Experience operating heavy equipment and commercial vehicles
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various outdoor weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting, bending, walking, standing, and performing manual labor throughout the workday
• Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks based on daily operational needs
• Previous experience in municipal maintenance, construction, utilities, landscaping, or water treatment operations is preferred
