Job Summary
The janitor is responsible for routine c leaning, maintenance, and reasonable repair s of the Moapa Band of Paiutes facilities. I ncluding performing custodial, grounds keeping, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and cleaning in a safe, orderly, and secure manner t o ensure the continued appearance, safety, and longevity of the Moapa Band of Paiutes facilities.
Duties- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must depend able.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate power, hand power, and maintenance equipment.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions of supervisor.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment alcohol/drug screening.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
