Responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with established standards and guidelines, while ensuring that guest service quality is consistently maintained. Also responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of department staff.
Requirements- Minimum 2 (two) year experience in the same position
- Strong leadership, knowledge in each position
- Able to work individual & team, Hospitality attitude
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Result-oriented, detail, proactive and energetic
- Familiar with Power Pro System is an advantage
