Club Manager

Job Summary ;

The Club Manager will oversee daily gym operations, drive membership sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You'll lead a team of fitness professionals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities ;

I
- Operations:

1. Manage gym operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
3. Monitor member feedback and resolve concerns.

- Sales and Marketing:

1. Drive membership sales, achieving monthly targets.
2. Develop and implement local marketing initiatives.
3. Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.

III
- Financial Management:

1. Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
2. Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.

IV
- Leadership:

1. Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
2. Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
3. Foster a positive, inclusive gym culture.

Requirements;

1. 2+ years of experience in gym management or a related field.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven sales and marketing expertise.
4. Basic life support certification (CPR/AED).
5. Fitness industry certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM) preferred.

Desirable Qualifications;

1.

Experience with gym operations software.
2. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
3. Familiarity with fitness programming and trends.
