This position sets and cleans dining room tables before, during and after meal service.

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, parking lots, building exteriors and interiors. Including but not limited to picking up trash, emptying ash trays, pressure washing and performing general interior/exterior cleaning duties.
• Remove trash from community perimeter on a daily basis
• Assist Building Maintenance Manager/General Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Building Maintenance Manager
• Meticulously maintains curb appeal
• Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner
• Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules
• Immediately report all unsafe conditions
• Represent the community in a professional manner at all times—on/off property
• Uphold all company policies, goals, and values
• Attends and participates in training as requested
• Assists other staff members as needed
• Attends and assists in setting up for and cleaning up after member functions and activities
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to work weekends/evenings/on-call/overtime

• Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, and moving about in function areas
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; may be required to work nights and weekends
