Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all maintenance and repairs requests received within the NTT office environment and related buildings are carried out inline with the service level agreement.
- Coordinate the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities.
- Participate in daily building inspections and ensure that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act.
- Conduct daily walk‑abouts, checking the cleanliness of all areas, especially bathrooms, break rooms and kitchens.
- Document and report on in‑progress, new and/or completed maintenance and repair requests to management.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair schedules.
- Assist with ensuring that the tasks are completed according to the schedule and update and maintain the maintenance database.
- Ensure that buildings, offices and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.
- Provide support to ensure that all office facilities, tools, equipment and stock (office consumable) levels are maintained and securely stored.
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders including building services management, security, access control and cleaning staff.
- Escalate non‑performance of internal and external stakeholders to management.
- Approve all contractor documentation and maintain records such as permits, leases and correspondence on behalf of NTT.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of general hygiene practices.
- Good knowledge of facility layout.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to clean.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Knowledgeable of safety practices.

Relevant secondary education required.
ExperienceSome experience in a similar position and/or environment.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly base salary ranges from $24.23 to $34.62 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local state and federal 'Wage and Hour' requirements.
All regular full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, depending on individual and company performance.
Employees receive paid time‑off, medical, dental and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, a flexible spending account and a 401(k) retirement plan.
A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device.
