Job Title
Incumbents perform journey-level activities and quality control activities related to traffic signals, street lighting, fiber optics, related underground utility locating, and various maintenance tasks. Incumbents may operate and train others to operate equipment and machinery.
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED; and three years of directly-related maintenance or traffic signal experience. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
Certifications, Licenses, RegistrationsMust have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License.
Selection ProcessApplicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
