• As a Maintenance Assistant at The Arbor Company, your work matters. You help get empty apartments ready for new residents by painting and making small repairs
• Using your general handyman skills, you support the Maintenance Director with a variety of projects
• You keep supplies organized and ready to use for the next project

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
