Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all facets of maintenance operations at a residential community in Suwanee, GA. You will work under the Community Director to keep within budget, perform repairs, coordinate capital projects, and ensure safety and compliance with FHAA/ADA standards.
You will inspect daily, prioritize service requests (24–48 hours), manage subcontractors, and support leasing efforts by maintaining appealing grounds and ready apartments.
