Residential Lead Cleaner Location
Swanton, OH
ScheduleFull‑time position (Monday‑Friday). 8:15 am – 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week.
Compensation and BenefitsW-2 pay with weekly direct deposit on Thursdays. Paid drive time and breaks. Monthly attendance and performance bonus. Company car. Paid time off. Opportunity for advancement. Bonus based on performance.
Job DescriptionCrew driver and cleaner using the company van. Responsible for driving, cleaning, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
Qualifications- Two years of residential cleaning experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
- Must be willing and able to commute to the office.
- Must be able to work off nights, weekends, and holidays.
