Facility Maintenance:
Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.;
Equipment Care and Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and beverage machines; report issues and coordinate repairs.;
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines, proper handling of cleaning chemicals, lockout procedures, ladder safety, and PPE; ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.;
Grounds and Exterior Upkeep:
Maintain parking lot cleanliness, remove trash, manage snow/ice, monitor exterior lighting and signage.;
Support to Operations:
Assist restaurant management with special projects, deliveries, and other operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
