Join the Radisson Hotel Group as a Front Office Agent (Trainee) and help provide exceptional service from check‑in to check‑out.

• Work in the heart of our property – the reception – and ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.
• Contribute to an optimal workflow at the reception and guarantee fulfillment of all aspects of the Guest Experience.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy and respond swiftly to guest inquiries.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out and all tasks in between.

• Experience at the reception is an advantage but not a must.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Quick learning of IT systems.
• Team player who wants to be part of a hardworking, supportive team that also has fun.
• Solution oriented and ready to face any challenge.
• Passionate about having a positive influence on guests and fellow employees.
