Un groupe hôtelier en Suisse recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Réservations pour assurer la gestion des réservations et offrir un service client de qualité. Vous devrez conseiller les clients, optimiser le taux d’occupation et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes. Une formation en hôtellerie ou une expérience similaire est préférable, de même qu'une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
