Be your own superstar as the Front Office Agent in our luxury hotel. She/her ensure an excellent service that makes guests feel at home from the moment of arrival until departure. She/she actively sells rooms and suites, operates the booking system to achieve high occupancy, and handles reservations quickly and reliably. She/she offers personalized recommendations and support for excursions or personal requests, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

She/she manages correspondence in German and English and maintains professional communication (knowledge of French is an advantage). She/she helps the front office run efficiently, collaborates closely with all departments for top‑class service, and in shift rotation serves as Night Auditor. As a team player, she/she actively supports colleagues and contributes to team success.
