In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Leitung des Servicebereichs verantwortlich, führen und schulen das Serviceteam und stellen die hohe Gästezufriedenheit sicher. Sie sollten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie mitbringen und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service, idealerweise in leitender Funktion, haben. Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sind unerlässlich.
